TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general conditions of sale are applicable to all purchases made on www.eversen.ch or www.naturaday.ch (hereafter referred to as the site) and govern the relationship between the site and the site’s clients (hereafter referred to as the client).
Online product offers as well as prices are only valid while they are displayed on the site and are subject to stock availability. Drawings, images or diagrams are only shown on the site for illustrative purposes and do not form part of the contractual terms and conditions. Explanatory notes are only given as a rough guide and do not represent contractual documents.
The prices listed on the site are in Swiss Francs (CHF). They include VAT but do not include shipping costs nor administrative costs which will be invoiced separately. These costs are confirmed to the client when the order is placed. Shipping is free for all orders over 60CHF (only for Switzerland). All orders shall be paid in Swiss Francs (CHF). The site reserves the right to amend the prices of items and costs at any time. However, the prices invoiced to the Client for the products are those which are current on the date when the order is placed and that are given on the order confirmation.
Products are shipped generally in 24H after reception of your payement, by Swiss Post. The effective shipping costs are invoiced according to the practised price list by the Swiss Post.
The freight costs include the packaging, the handling and the mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or to the weight of your order. We recommend you to group together your purchases in a only one order. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them. Your parcel is sent at your own risks, a particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products. Parcel are oversized and protected.
The Client can place orders on the site 24 hours a day. When the Client places an order, this represents their agreement to all of these general conditions of sale and, from this point on, the order can no longer be cancelled. Order confirmation is sent to the Client by email.
The information recorded for the order shall under no circumstances be transferred to any third parties. Only the organisation providing the delivery of the order shall have access to the necessary information (delivery details). Personal details are handled with the utmost confidentiality and only used for the ITC Eversen and Natura Day’s internal marketing purposes.
The price given on the order confirmation is the final price that includes the price of the products, shipping and administrative costs as well as VAT. Products shall be paid for in advance.
To pay for an order, the Client has the following payment options:
- using their bank card, through PayPal
- a Paypal account
The Client guarantees the Site that it has the authorisations required for using the method of payment chosen when validating the order form. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.
The Site uses the secure PayPal procedure, which ensures that no-one is using another person’s bank details without their knowledge. The Site has no access to the Client’s bank card number. For further information on the PayPal secure payment system, please click on the PayPal logo.
All Site products are dispatched in perfect condition. The Client must immediately inform the delivery agent of any marks on the parcel that may show signs of any damage – whether serious or minor - to the content and, if necessary, reject the parcel. If the client still has any doubts, he shall open the parcel while the delivery agent is still with him. In the event that the content has in fact been damaged, the Client shall immediately return the entire parcel to the delivery agent who shall be responsible for contacting us for compensation. The Client may also contact the Site in order for a new order to be re-sent free of charge. No further deal can take place without this procedure.
In the event of a delay or loss of the parcel by the delivery agent, the Site will contact the delivery agent in order to launch a search for the misplaced parcel. Every effort will be made, for as long as is necessary, to find this parcel. If necessary, the Site shall be reimbursed by the delivery agent and shall deliver a new identical parcel at the delivery agent’s expense.
The Site waives all responsibility for the extension of delivery deadlines caused by the transporting agent, especially in the event of lost products or bad weather.

Our products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing fault for a period of 7 days after the delivery date. As part of this guarantee, our only obligation is to replace the product deemed to be faulty by the Site’s clients with the exception of any damages or compensation.
Our products must be protected from humidity, excessive temperatures or severely intense lighting. Products that have not been stored in the recommended conditions shall therefore not be covered by the guarantee. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging without having been used, with a copy of the invoice but only with the prior agreement of the Site’s Customer Service. In order to do this, we ask you to contact the Site by email to agree on the terms and conditions of return or exchange.
In the event of incorrect receipt of the merchandise (wrong product or product missing…), the Client agrees to inform the Site’s customer service department by email on the same day as the receipt of the parcel. Any complaint registered after this date will not be acknowledged.
Legal provisions and place of jurisdiction
All clauses given in these general conditions of sale, as well as all sales operations, are subject to Swiss Law. The legal place of jurisdiction is Cugy - Vaud, Switzerland.
